This special multi-course dinner draws French inspiration while highlighting the chefs’ signature techniques, from delicate smoking and slow poaching to refined sauce work and elegant plating.
Experience locally sourced ingredients transformed into artful dishes that balance warmth, texture, and the essence of the season. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with curated wines and meads to complement the menu’s progression.
Hosted at Feather & Flour in Palmer, Alaska, this exclusive and private dinner experience begins at 5:00 PM on November 15th and is presented by Alaska Adventure Chef. Seating is by reservation only and limited for this one-night event celebrating craftsmanship, our invited guests, and the taste of Alaskan autumn at its finest.
